Dr. Ghassan Radi

Dr Gaz Radi is the principal dentist at Acton Town Dental Practice. He qualified from Cardiff University and has over 25 years of experience in dentistry.
Dr Gaz’s special interests include Dental Implants and oral surgery. He has successfully placed over one thousand implants, including several total mouth cases, giving his patients renewed confidence with lifestyle-changing results. Unlike most other standard dental practices, Dr Gaz delivers a unique experience for his patients by adopting a guided approach to dental implant placement with the support of his in-house laboratory.
Dr Gaz works closely with his extensive, highly skilled team to create a unique and caring experience for all his patients. He believes everyone deserves the best possible treatment and takes a keen interest in patient concerns to achieve this ultimately. A careful and thorough assessment will always be followed by considering the optimal way to achieve the desired outcome, keeping the patient fully informed at every step. Knowledge of the strengths of the individual members of his team enables Dr Gaz to meet the needs of his patients under one roof through a designated internal referral system, coordinated by him as the lead, rather than relying on external assistance.
Dr Gaz’s other passion lies in his work with the less fortunate. He is proud to be officially recognised as the go-to dentist for all homeless and refugee communities in West London. In addition, he has been travelling to Sierra Leone annually since 2018 to encourage the establishment of dental services in a country with less than 10 dentists! Accompanied by his mobile team, Dr Gaz visits district hospitals and sets up urgent dental care clinics to serve the immediate community. Local dental therapists are successfully trained to continue running these new clinics throughout the year, remotely supported by Dr Gaz on an ongoing basis. Since starting this project, six clinics have been successfully established, creating a network of therapists nationwide.

Dr Sandeep Bahra | Dentist

Dr Sandeep Bahra graduated from Barts and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Following this, he embarked on a journey to place him at the forefront of modern dentistry; with his core values being to maintain high standard cosmetic treatment results and always preserving patient satisfaction.
Sandeep is committed to ensuring every patient experience is a comfortable one and his easy-going approach allows him to put patients at ease while prioritising their treatment goals to provide quality care consistently. With an eye for detail, Sandeep displays a high degree of artistry allowing him to concentrate on creating a smile designed personally for you.
Having completed numerous postgraduate courses and qualifications, while being trained by world-renowned clinicians, Sandeep has been able to develop his skills allowing him to provide the latest treatment advances in the industry. Sandeep trained at the Royal College of Surgeons with the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners in providing dental implant treatments. He is an experienced provider of Invisalign and fixed braces, with a special interest in the field.
Aside from work, Sandeep loves spending time with his family. He enjoys art, photography and motor racing, and is an avid Formula One fan.
Dr. Jalil Yousif

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in dentistry, Dr. Jalil Yousif is a highly experienced and respected member of the dental community. After completing their first BDS degree in Iraq, Dr. Yousif furthered his education in the early 1990s at the prestigious University of Sheffield for a second BDS degree, enhancing his expertise in modern dental practices.
His commitment to dental excellence is demonstrated through the success of his practice. As the owner and lead dentist, Dr Yousif delivered exceptional dental care and cultivated a thriving business, ultimately leading to the successful sale of the practice.

Dr Zahra Balal

Dr Zahra Balal graduated from Kings College London in 2008 and has practiced in mixed NHS and private practice for 7 years. She then moved to a fully private practice in the city, providing minimally invasive procedures and aesthetic dentistry for 6 years. Her aim is to follow 3 principals when working; providing high quality work, focusing on her patients’ needs while improving their oral health.
Dr Zahra Balal has advanced training in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She enjoys orthodontic treatment and is skilled in providing fixed and removable orthodontic treatment. Dr Balal is a Platinum Certified Invisalign provider.
Away from work she is a mother to Layla and Ali and loves gardening and cycling with her children. She is training for her brown belt in Karate and is passionate about Mixed Martial Arts.

Dr Sarah Al-Timimi

Sarah graduated with honours from Kings College London, where she was awarded a number of prizes including being nominated for the prestigious gold medal award. She completed her VT training in Grays, Essex and following this, spent a year as a Senior House Officer at Guys Hospital in both the Paediatric and Oral Surgery departments where she was able to enhance her skills in more complex dentistry as well as with the treatment of nervous patients.
She is committed to lifelong learning through CPD and has carried out her MFDS with the Royal College of Surgeons. Since then she has been working in general practice, where she has a keen focus in promoting prevention rather than cure. Her patients describe her as friendly and approachable which makes her especially suited to treating our more apprehensive patients.
Dr. Mohammed Naji Abdul Rahman

Dr. Mohammed Naji Abdul Rahman is a highly trained and experienced dentist with a passion for oral health and patient care. With years of practice, Dr. Mohammed Naji has built a reputation for providing exceptional dental services, coupled with a reputable chairside manner that invokes ease and calm in all of his patients.
Qualifying in 2019 from Ajman university following a bachelors degree in the UK, he has since went on to complete multiple programs of studies – the latest being Practical Implantology, adding to the list of developmental programmes intended to increase his experience pool for the benefit of all patients.
Dr Mohammed Naji possess a deep knowledge of dental procedures, from routine cleanings to complex oral surgeries with a special interest in minor oral surgery, root fillings and implantology. He stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, offering cutting-edge treatments to improve patients’ smiles and overall oral health.
Beyond his clinical expertise and outside of the practice, Dr. Mohammed Naji is committed to patient education, taking the time to explain procedures and preventive care to promote long-term dental wellness. With a warm and compassionate approach, he has build strong patient-doctor relationships and always puts the well-being of his patients first.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Mohammed Naji is an active member of professional dental associations. He has completed dental missions in Nepal and more recently in Sierra Leone, continuing his professional development and contributing to the field of dentistry and humanitarian aid. His hobbies outside of the field include physical fitness, sailing, gaming and spending time with loved ones. His native tongue is both English and Arabic, and is a member of several Middle Eastern communities and programmes.
Dr. Abeer Shehadeh

Dr. Abeer is a highly trained and well experienced general dentist with special interest in periodontology, implantology and endodontology .
She has been providing exceptional dental treatment for more than 10 years.
In 2011, she received BDS from Damascus University, Syria .
Since then has finished her master’s degree in periodontology from Paris Diderot University, France.
2015, she received Postgraduate certificate in dental surgery, Paris Diderot University.
In addition, Abeer has furthered her dental studies by attending dental course in restorative dentistry, implant placement and prosthetics, bone regeneration and root canal treatment at the London dental academy and Baird academy.
Out side the clinic, she enjoys her valuable time with her family.
Abeer speaks Arabic, French and English.
Alaa Alhamdani | Dental Therapist / Hygienist

Alaa undertook his dental training in Ajman university, UAE and graduated as a dentist in 2020, receiving a DDS Degree. Soon afterwards, he came to the UK where he registered as a Dental Therapist/hygienist, while preparing for his UK registration exams, and has been practicing in London. Alaa’s friendly and caring nature makes him ideal for treating nervous patients. His overall aim is to improve the experience of all patients in a dental setting, delivering high standards of treatment every time. Alaa has a special interest in treating children and considers it extremely important to provide a positive image of dentistry to younger patients so that they develop the most favourable approach to their oral health from the start. Alaa appreciates the importance of staying up to date with ongoing changes in dentistry and regularly attends courses to maintain his understanding and further his skills. His areas of special interest include whitening and composite bonding.
In his spare time, Alaa enjoys football and is an avid Liverpool supporter. He also enjoys listening to music, especially acoustic forms.
Magdalena Dullek-Spica | Hygienist

Magdalena is a qualified dental hygienist and is very dedicated to the dental health care profession and making sure all of her patients feel comfortable and leave her chair loving their smile.
You will find that she is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease and ensures a positive dental experience. She has a passion for getting to know her patients on a personal level and educating them on how to maintain a healthy smile.
The care she provides is gentle yet thorough, but always done with kindness. Magdalena loves her career as a dental hygienist. In her private life she is the mother of two children, Bianka and Marcel. One of Magda’s many hobbies is going for long walks/hikes in the countryside.
Aayush | Hygienist

Aayush, an overseas dentist, graduated from Kathmandu University, Nepal, in 2018 and gained three years of experience there. Subsequently, he relocated to the United Kingdom to pursue his new dream, registering as a Dental Hygienist while preparing for UK registration exams.
Demonstrating remarkable inquisitiveness and exceptional communication skills, Aayush exhibits a genuine thirst for knowledge and skill development. His commitment is evident in ensuring each patient’s dental visit becomes a positive and educational experience. As a fervent advocate for oral health, Aayush brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of dental hygiene, making him a valuable asset to any dental practice.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Aayush enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing football, and exploring diverse cuisines.
Dr Nima Kazempour | Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistist

Dr Nima Kazempour graduated from King’s College London Guy’s Hospital, where he served as President of the Dental Society, one of the oldest and largest in Europe.
Dr Nima’s interest is in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry. He is also very accomplished in oral surgery, on account of his vast experience.
Since 2022, he has been traveling with Dr Gaz to Sierra Leone, West Africa, annually to volunteer dental services to the local population and in 2022 he was invited to the UN in Geneva, Switzerland, to speak about his experiences in Sierra Leone, on behalf of the team.

Mandy Johnson
Finance Manager
As Finance Manager for the Acton Town dental practice, Mandy is responsible for ensuring payment of invoices, purchasing, debt collection, financing and accounts. Mandy has been an invaluable member of the team for a year now and loves the variety her role offers as no two days are the same. She started her career in Finance at Midland Bank as a Credit Assistant working with NHS Trusts and suppliers of medical equipment, including MRI scanners to hospitals.
Outside of work, Mandy’s biggest passion is food: eating out as opposed to cooking! Two children and two dogs take up most of her spare time, but she enjoys time spent with family and friends.
